Overview
The Digital Communications and Marketing Admin oversees CES’s digital presence across web, email, social media, and online promotions. This role ensures consistent, engaging, and accurate communication to support concert attendance, fundraising, singer recruitment, and community visibility.
The position operates within a defined monthly scope of work, combining execution of assigned deliverables with light strategic input, content development, and ongoing management of CES’s digital platforms.
This role directly supports:
Concert attendance and ticket sales
Donor engagement and fundraising
Recruitment and retention of singers
Community awareness and visibility
Consistency and professionalism in CES communications

Key Responsibilities
Website:Â Maintain and update CES website via Wix (events, blog posts, organizational pages)
Social Media:Â Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media; create posts, event pages, videos, and promotional graphics
Content: Create and repurpose content across platforms (2–4 social media posts per week; 2-4 blog & LinkedIn posts/month; newsletter integration; occasional music-related posts when needed)
Messaging:Â Produce and distribute monthly e-newsletter; coordinate messaging across channels
Advertising:Â Design and place digital ads; advise on timing, budget, and targeting
Reporting:Â Provide monthly summary of activity and basic engagement metrics
Operations:Â
Gather and coordinate content from CES leadership and members
Maintain continuity of communications despite variable content flow
Handle frequent last-minute updates and time-sensitive promotions
Manage and troubleshoot digital platforms, including (Wix, social media, etc)
