Each year we host our Champagne and Chocolate Benefit with a fabulous silent auction to raise funds for our choir. We are very interested in and grateful for your tax-deductible in-kind donations that are appropriate for our auction! In addition to a donation receipt for the fair market value for your taxes, in-kind donors receive these benefits:

• Your company name, contact, and donation will be listed in our digital and print materials for the event.

• We will acknowledge your donation on our social media accounts and season donor lists.

• If you provide flyers or business cards, we will put them beside your display for our auction guests.

• You will receive our Harmony Circle community e-newsletter​.

• For a donation with a fair market value of at least $100, you will receive an invitation for two to our exclusive donor reception!

In addition to Champagne and Chocolate, we raffle off a gift basket or two at each concert. If you would like to donate a complete themed gift basket for raffle, with a fair market value of at least $200, in addition to the above benefits:

 

• Each attendee who purchases a raffle ticket at a concert will receive your business card.

• The concert emcee will acknowledge you by name during the concert.
