This June, the Carolyn Eynon Singers will travel to Paris, France, to participate in an extraordinary international choral festival celebrating the music of acclaimed composer Elaine Hagenberg.
From June 19–24, singers from around the world will gather in one of the world's most iconic cultural capitals for a week of artistic collaboration, musical excellence, and cultural exchange.
The festival will culminate in a gala performance at the magnificent Église Saint-Sulpice, one of Paris's most historic and breathtaking churches. Accompanied by a professional orchestra, participating singers will perform several of Elaine Hagenberg's most beloved works, including Aeterna Via, O Love, Illuminare, and You Do Not Walk Alone.
For the Carolyn Eynon Singers, this opportunity represents far more than an international performance. It is a chance to connect with musicians from around the world, experience another culture through music, and represent our community on a global stage.
Throughout the festival, participants will rehearse in the heart of Paris while building friendships and musical connections with fellow singers from across the globe. The experience reflects the power of choral music to unite people across languages, cultures, and generations.
Performing at Saint-Sulpice promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Known for its remarkable architecture, rich history, and musical tradition, the church provides a fitting setting for a celebration of artistry and collaboration.
We are proud of the members of Carolyn Eynon Singers who will represent our organization in Paris and share their talents as part of this international gathering of musicians.
As the festival approaches, we look forward to sharing more about the music, the performers, and the journey ahead.
Follow along on our social media channels throughout June for updates, photos, and behind-the-scenes moments as we prepare for this exciting adventure.
