The Carolyn Eynon Singers is thrilled to share exciting news: we’ve been awarded another grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts! This support comes at an especially meaningful time as CES celebrates its 20th Anniversary Season and looks ahead to an exciting year of music, community, and celebration.

For two decades, CES has brought singers and audiences together through the transformative power of choral music. This grant will help us continue that tradition while supporting the artistic and organizational needs that make our performances possible.

Celebrating 20 Years of CES

The 2026–2027 season represents an extraordinary milestone for the Carolyn Eynon Singers: 20 years of making music in Arizona.

Since its founding, CES has grown into a vibrant musical community dedicated to choral excellence, meaningful repertoire, and the belief that music has the power to bring people together. Throughout our anniversary season, we will honor the singers, audiences, donors, composers, collaborators, and community partners who have been part of the CES story.

Our 20th Anniversary Season is both a celebration of where we have been and an exciting look toward where we are going.

Supporting Our Mission

Grant funding helps make the work behind every CES performance possible. It supports essential needs including rehearsal space, artistic staff, performance expenses, and the resources required to bring high-quality choral music to our community.

It also strengthens our ability to reach beyond the concert hall. Whether commissioning Arizona composers, collaborating with fellow arts organizations, supporting emerging musicians, or creating opportunities for people to experience live choral music, CES remains committed to using music as a bridge across generations and communities.

The Power of Music and Community

For 20 years, CES has seen firsthand what can happen when people come together to sing and listen. Music can celebrate, comfort, inspire, and connect us. It can preserve traditions while giving new voices an opportunity to be heard. Most importantly, it creates shared experiences that remind us of the strength of community.

As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we are especially grateful for the opportunity to continue creating those experiences throughout Arizona.

Looking Ahead

Our 20th Anniversary Season is about more than looking back. It is also about building the next chapter of CES. With the continued support of organizations like the Arizona Commission on the Arts and our incredible community, we look forward to expanding our outreach, presenting inspiring performances, supporting new and established composers, and introducing even more people to the beauty and power of choral music.

Anniversary Season

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Arizona Commission on the Arts for recognizing and supporting our work, and to every singer, alumnus, audience member, donor, volunteer, and friend who has helped CES reach this remarkable milestone.

Here’s to 20 years of the Carolyn Eynon Singers — and to the music still to come!
