Carolyn Eynon Singers Begins Search for Next Artistic Director.

The Carolyn Eynon Singers (CES) has established an Artistic Director Search Committee as founder and Artistic Director Carolyn Eynon prepares for retirement.

As CES celebrates its 20th Anniversary Season, this exciting new chapter represents an opportunity to honor two decades of musical excellence while preparing for the organization's continued growth and artistic development.

Honoring a Legacy of Musical Excellence

Founded in 2007 by Carolyn Eynon, the Carolyn Eynon Singers has become a respected presence in Arizona's choral community, bringing together talented singers who share a passion for exceptional choral music.

Under Carolyn's artistic leadership, the ensemble has developed a reputation for its commitment to North American choral repertoire, particularly works by women composers. Its diverse programming has included classical, sacred, folk, patriotic, Broadway, and contemporary selections, reflecting the richness of the choral tradition.

Throughout its history, CES has enjoyed numerous artistic accomplishments, including performances at Carnegie Hall and the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York City, collaborations with distinguished artists, and the release of holiday recordings.

Beyond its performances, the organization has remained dedicated to its mission of educating, inspiring, and connecting communities through music.

As Carolyn prepares for retirement, CES recognizes her extraordinary contributions as founder, conductor, educator, and visionary leader whose dedication has shaped the ensemble for nearly two decades.

The Search for the Next Artistic Director

The newly established Artistic Director Search Committee has begun the important process of identifying a qualified and visionary musical leader who will guide the Carolyn Eynon Singers into its next chapter.

The committee will oversee the search and evaluation process, with particular emphasis on artistic excellence, leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to the organization's longstanding mission.

The next Artistic Director will have the opportunity to build upon a strong musical foundation while bringing fresh perspectives, creative programming, and new opportunities for artistic growth.

The committee is committed to conducting a thoughtful and thorough search that reflects the values, traditions, and future aspirations of the Carolyn Eynon Singers.

Looking Ahead: A New Chapter for CES

As CES celebrates 20 years of bringing outstanding choral music to Arizona audiences, the organization remains committed to ensuring a vibrant and sustainable future.

The appointment of a new Artistic Director will mark a significant milestone in the ensemble's history, creating opportunities to strengthen community partnerships, expand artistic collaborations, and continue inspiring singers and audiences alike.

While leadership may change, the heart of the organization remains the same: a belief in the transformative power of music and the connections it creates.

As the CES motto reminds us:

"Singing together connects people."
