Holiday Classics & Carols Concert

Celebrate the season with a delightful array of songs — from cherished classics to modern pieces infused with fresh perspectives and innovative sounds, we honor the traditions of the past and celebrate vibrant new compositions that continue to shape our musical heritage.

We will be joined on many favorites by harpist Jocelyn Obermeyer and will revisit the composition that we premiered last season, Celestial Symphony by Mary Ellen Loose.

Classic titles include Carol of the Drum, Deck the Halls, It's Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas, Carol of the Bells, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, and our traditional closer, Hallelujah Chorus. These beloved favorites will be joined by contemporary compositions such as Eric Whitacre's Glow and Morton Lauridsen's O Magnum Mysterium, as well as folk and traditional tunes A la Nanita Nana, Ocho Kandelikas for Hanukkah, the Appalachian Star in the East,  and Irish Carol by Arizona composer Linda Spevacek.

Our Holiday Classics & Carols Concert has two concert dates to choose from. We hope to see you and your family join us to ring in the holiday season!

Each concert begins at 3pm; doors open at 2:30
