She joined the Carolyn Eynon Singers in time to perform as a back-up singer for Susan Boyle at the Orpheum Theater. Rosemary served as treasurer and secretary of the CES Board of Directors, and after a pause in participating with CES, she accepted the position of president of the board with a focus on preparing the organization for celebrating the 20th anniversary season in 2026-27. Carma Paden
Media Communications
Carma has worked in communications for decades and has been involved with nonprofit organizations in the Valley for more than a dozen years.

Carma served as assistant to the editor-in-chief of a prestigious international architectural journal and as publications and production director at various university research centers and publishing houses. After stepping out of the employment sector to homeschool her four children, her initial involvement with nonprofits came through getting involved in her children’s organizations. Her two daughters sang for more than a decade with the Arizona Girlchoir, and Carma served as the board secretary and communications director for the same period of time, working with everything from internal communications to website design to fundraising. She now does the same for the Carolyn Eynon Singers as their media communications administrator.
